Rometic Limited does not issue refunds unless there are circumstances for which we feel a refund is merited. These may be things like great dissatisfaction with the contents of the site or that a site isn't working properly for some reason. In cases like these we will issue refunds to compensate you. All refunds will be made by crediting the charge method that was used to make the original purchase.
